We are excited about the high number of registrations and can hardly wait to spend unforgettable moments with you!

It was possible to purchase a participant card until the 3rd of March via the new online registration system Turnfest-Portal to register for competitions, performances, accommodation and more. Since the invoice was sent out, the regulations as described in the general terms and conditions apply.

We sent the Turnfest documents by post on the 5th and 6th of May to the German participants. International participants have to pick up their documents from the Participant Management at Exhibition Centre Leipzig. 

Please note that the booked academy workshops and booked services via a starting team are not printed on the participant card. The timetable from the Turnfest-Portal of the club registering for the competition must be used as verification. There will also be lists of participants on site at the venues. We would also like to point out that the competition cards for the Elective Competition ‘Mix’ and the flag ribbons were not sent out with the Turnfest documents. These must be collected on site during the Turnfest from the Participant Management Office.

Now, it is only possible to purchase the participant card without other services such as accommodation, competitions etc. during the Turnfest on site at the Participant Management Office. Otherwise, the Turnfest-Day-Tickets for the respective event days are available for day visitors, which can be purchased in the Turnfest-Ticketshop or on site at the exhibition centre in Leipzig. You can find further booking overviews of your entry in the Turnfest-Portal. After logging in, click on ‘Zu Events melden’ and then on ‘Neue Eventsuche’. Then switch the status to ‘von mir aktuell gemeldet’ and click on ‘Suchen’. Your registration for the Turnfest will then appear and you can download an overview of individual bookings and the list of participants. Please note that the PDF cost overview can only be viewed on your computer after downloading. There are currently still technical problems with the mobile phone version. 

We are working hard to make the timetables available to you. These will provide you with an overview of all booked activities and can also be downloaded for each individual participant in the Turnfest-Portal. We will inform you as soon as this feature is available.

We would also like to point out that additional registrations and changes to competitions are no longer possible, as the participant cards have already been printed and the competition schedules have been made with the current number of participants.  It is also not possible to transfer registrations to another person. The participant cards are personal and non-transferable; it is not permitted to pass them on or make copies. The participant cards is only valid together with a valid photo document (e.g. identity card or student ID). There may be occasional checks.
